Super easy install. It can definitely be done by one person. Follow the exact steps in the video. Should take you about 15 minutes. A ratchet wrench with an extension makes tighten a lot easier. Also level will help towards the end when you're fine tuning and adjusting the monitor.

Did not work for me. Followed this exact routine but the screw provided is too long meaning it is impossible to get it tight at the base with the washers I have left. So much stress for nothing g

I was not able to loosen the bolt with the hex wrench included with the Pivot. Instead I used an adjustable, and that did the trick. So if you can’t loosen it with what’s included, try a higher-end tool. I’m a 60-year old woman, so not a ton of arm/hand strength, but the better wrench made the difference.

Installed this on my wife’s Peloton HELPFUL HINT: 1. Route the cables the way it shows in the videos. 2. Follow the cable back to where the other end attaches to the bike 3. Use the velcro strap to hold the cable to the side support arm so it will never rub on the flywheel

Washers won’t fit between the new arm and the bracket. It’s simply too tight. Is that ok?

any suggestions for getting step one of getting the bolt unscrewed, mine will not budge with the allen wrench or the 13 mm wrench. Im pretty strong and they feel completely stuck!!!

Did you ever get it off? The 13mm wrench supplied is not strong enough for the bolt as it is bending it.

**** Hubby and I put it together in 15 min. Shortly after was able to do my first Peleton floor video! Only issue so far is that the screw head clips don't go back on...can someone help me with this? You have to make sure that the little clips are going over the inside washers. Works just fine for me

Well... I have to say, I’m not able to even install the pivot. After waiting to install after moving, I’m so disappointed! The monitor cap screw doesn’t even come loose. All it does is tilt the monitor. The wrench supplied didn’t even fit and just stripped the nut. I gave up. Need to return the product.

yes i fitted one on mine too....alas .....beware new users, that in doing so you will forfeit your warranty!.... no probs if you bought your bike second hand. (no warranty anyways!)

Thats a Peloton issue, not us. The Pivot doesn't suck, It turns left and right or all the way around. :)

Don’t trust this guy by the way he removed the power and data plug... that’s what you DONT want to do. Find a different brand as this guy is a bad example
