@@421545333 It's at the posterior end of the foramen. It will be at the middle point between two pedicles. Insert the needle with little oblique and hit the PARs, which is the last bony point before reaching the target. After hitting PARs, go to lateral view and enter into the foramen just behind the DGR and confirm with stimulation.

caudal epidural has no role in pain management. You have to be specific. You can relief pain temporarily without knowing the cause. See my video on Ganglion impar in you tube

When you choose caudal epidural sir?

Only for post-laminectomy syndrome. Otherwise caudal has no role. You have to be specific for the pain management. TFESI is better than caudal as per MRI reports. Lot more to discuss
