If my memory serves correct TF TLK takes place in 2022-2023 and TF DotM takes place in July of 2010 meaning Starscream in the Bayverse continuity has been dead for over a decade AoE takes place in 2015 since it's five years after DotM meaning Megatron was mostly dead for half a decade until transferring his mind into Galvatron, say Megatron got his body and went by Megatron again at the end after he ran away from the battle in AoE, that means he was somewhat in hiding for another seven to eight years potentially being monitored by TRF or whatever it's called. Barricade also was in hiding for over a decade as well since we only see him in TLK and not AoE, Starscream's head has been passed around since it ended up far away from Chicago and then it ended up with Daytrader. I have no reason except for a will to educate others
