Honestly, practically every TFT round, I see a chibi, and that is often a sign someone either invested money, or a really big amount of time in the game. So, it's not really a surprise to me, considering the investment both Riot and many players themselves have put in the game.

I've always been completely indifferent to the cosmetics in TFT, not because they're bad, but because of the gacha system with the eggs. Now however there are battle passes by which I got Caitlyn and Ashe. So the Riots have found a way to get some money out of me. Although I still don't spend a dime buying gacha currency - that's for addicts.....
@frostfrost89073 күн бұрын
I buy the pass because I feel it is really worth it and supports a great game that I love. It is... Kinda what most people buy too. It is a seasonal battlepass that gives you things related to the season in 3 different ways (arena, chibis, and kabooms). In comparison League battlepasses suck and don't give much value.
@nico772123 күн бұрын
A very easy way imo to really get people to spend money is, you see those little characters called Chibis? They should make an area where all the chibis you bought are in a farm or town like setting and let them idle around and interact with all of them.

Theres a weekly event the guild leader holds where 1 member of each race bids on tribute chests, that of which contain a number of boxes that contain mostly in-game items. Well, last week there ended up being a couple of chests that contained a new starforge PC for a member of that race (eventual decision was to give it to whoever needed it the most). Tryndamere saw this and liked it so much that during this weeks the guild leader announced that on behalf of Riot Games, they added to the pool of pc giveaways and 2 other deserving guild members were given brand new computers. I fucking loved seeing that and felt that it was necessary to share. Gz Tryndamere and Riot. I am proud to support this company.

It’s crazy to think it has finally popped off this year despite having no Golden Spatula equivalent. As this video shows, having a strategy mobile game available in the East is what is the MOST lucrative. Sadly I had to make time for life and cut it out of my regularly played games, but seeing that they may have a PvE mode would probably bring me back into the game.

Honestly I think Riot should do the same with Wild Rift, not sharing games between mobile and PC but making the progress and accounts be shared between the two. I think its kinda dumb that they seperated the two, there are so many cool wild rift skins that could be amazing in league pc, Riot can even make a mode where mobile and pc players play together if they want, theres so much stuff you can do if you just combine them and share the progress.

I would not really consider tft a strategy game though ? I get it why its referred too as one - but doesnt sit right with me to compare it to any of the previously mentioned titles. PS: Why are people playing anything on a phone is beyond me - if I wanna play I sit down at my Pc XD

I saw Mortdog’s reaction to this video and man I feel bad for him a little bit. This video is loaded with misinformation, backhanded compliments and overall downplaying TFT’s success. This is also not his first TFT video where he incorrectly states things too. I wish he had done more research and fact-checking.

Don’t make me come back. Iv been away from League for about 2 years. And… I’ve been happy. But between Arcane S2 and this Video I am so close to redownloading!

One thing not mentioned in Necrit's video is that each dev team pod is also working on 2-3 sets each as confirmed by Mortdog in his Twitch streams
