Sir, My TFT touch shield is defected and its touch does not work. In fact I cannot calibrate it in any way. Calibration seems to be non-linear so all my efforts for calibrating the TFT were in vain. Now my question is that if the touch pins and LCD pins are separated or not? How many pins I should use if I want to use it just as an LCD without touch. Thanks for your help.

You need to use all data pins and command pins except sd card pins. If you touch or not. Both are same only

I did the same pin configuration following the tutorial, but the screen didnt show anything but white screen

I did the same pin configuration following the tutorial. Meters are showing. But my problem is one side of the display is not working. When I rotate the screen by 180° the other side isn't working. I've tried using Uno board, the display is working properly.

The issue was solved. I changed the display driver in the library file. "[Arduino Folder]/libraries/TFT_eSPI/User_Setup.h" Most probably "Documents/Arduino".
