The .ens file is intended to be opened by Reaktor 6. I don't use FL studio would have to ask their support. In principle if FL studio supports VST plug-ins then Reaktor 6 inside FL studio could open the .ens file.

Ugh. This program is something I'd like to learn, but it seems like it caters to engineering minds - which in turn lends itself to extremely dry, non-artistic tutorials.
