Ma'am tell me one thing.... Apart from ADC exams part 1 part 2,WHT about English fluency... How much English is needed....if we r not gud in English conversation.. As we deal marathi hindi much more... So how necessary English is???? Plz reply...

Very necessary as the examiners accent is heavy Australian..so you need to understand that first and so knowledge of english and fluency is necessary

Should we really refer the patient who had severe pain ?? Isnt it a emergency ?

Avulsion is also an emergency but along with avulsion if the patient has a neck injury will you treat avulsion or refer him to hospital? Life is more important or tooth is more important?

@@garima1900 but here the question has different scenario,he has hypertension but not taking medication regularly not the complications of hypertension. Yess if he has stroke history and tooth pain I'd surely refer him first despite of severe toothache. I would go for pulpectomy as patient is ready for it and refer him to GP. Giving LA with adrenaline wont elevate the BP and why not extirpate the pulp after giving LA.

@@pearlrochak it's not what you want to do ..it's what ADC wants you to do as per therapeutic guidelines...you are giving adc exam...so even though your concepts won't match with TG if you want to clear the exam you will have to unlearn somethings.

The right question should be am I happy being a pediatric dentist and do I want to continue practicing dentistry and help people. The answer is yes. If you follow excellent success will be by product. Money alone is not happiness.
