Having Just Idli, coconut chutney, the hot tomato chilli chutney for breakfast is my go to.. If I am too Hungry, I will follow it up with Masala Dosa 😋😋.. So, these are my go to.. I avoid Parathas for early morning breakfast..

I want to have what Sam's having for breakfast. That right there is a Sunday breakfast coz after Aloo parathas AND a paneer paratha washed down with a banana smoothie, its snooze time folks. Just a tip Pez, don't let the parathas (or bhaturas or puris) get cold. That cold oil congealed inside the bread is not very tasty to eat and not easy to digest either. Heavier work for the digestive system.
