@@textingstories2.074 exactly like I wanted to say that but not in a rude way but I couldnt figure out how to say it. 😭 like MQ does so much for XL and barely even says any comments (THAT ARE BARELY EVEN RUDE?? Like HC takes it as rude and hits and says rude things to him but people don’t villainize him for that like what? 😂 the things he says are very realistic for someone who has been bullied his entire life, has been a servant and been treated as less than a tea cup, and as being a peasant with a criminal father. And even then, he doesn’t even make that many comments and the remarks aren’t even rude- in fact most of them are him just trying to act like he’s not insecure, or him trying to joke around.) but literally everyone villainizes him and makes him seem so much worse. And why? Because they just see the main characters and find everything they do to be holy, and the slightest bad thing a side character does makes them a bad person. Like XL who said “he was being a friend to MQ” literally treated him as a slave and said he wanted to punch him to death when they were kids- and this was before he called him his friend for the first time, when he needed HELP. Like XL is pretty classist while also being a bully and very ignorant, not even caring about MQ or anyone else barely even close to as much as he cares about his SL. There’s a MQ reaction that I loved by some person named SHEN.JIU and it’s really good! The characters are so well done and it doesn’t really villainize anyone it actually seems very canon. And it has a bunch of things about how his actions were the best to be made and his childhood too!! It was very enjoyable to see someone give him some understanding because some people can’t even try.
