The mugger was actually called on El Rubio. It only took him an hour and a helpful player. Now he has a sub, yacht and the most expensive car with all the upgrades.

I've got a good method for dealing with griefers. First, I send a mugger, then Merryweather mercenaries, then a strike team from my Facility, then a couple guided missiles from my Kosatka, rinse, repeat. Maybe pepper in some orbital cannon if they're griefing other people from the air. It's ruining their fun without giving them the satisfaction of actually engaging with them. They almost always leave the session by the second strike team. The best is when they text me something like "is that all you can do? Come outside", I don't respond, and they get even more frustrated and send more texts. But they always give up and leave the session.

5:04 Toreador missiles are so accurate that it follows the MK2 very perfectly and can destroy it not just by flying like that which he has shown in that video

Funnily enough they’re actually not the best missiles in the game, the ruiner’s are. I believe the toreador’s are third best, behind the mk2’s

The most accurate missiles are the chernobogs, then the ruiner missiles which are also used on the stromberg, deluxo, scramjet and vigilante, then the toreadors missiles and then the oppressor mk2s

I bet the pilot of the Cayo Perico setup up Velum went to the island and got chatting to the guards. "You guys, you'll NEVER believe what just happened to me. Back in Los Santos I was brining in this plane you so to rob your lead ... I mean, come see the glorious sights of this island, when a pilot in a purple Hydra closed my pilot door for me." and the guards be like "GTFO. You must be higher than El Rub-a-dub-dub now. vtol hydra is the fastest plane in the game lol, the velums faster usually but you can do hydra glitch forwards, backwards or sideways and its fast
