That would be a cool idea, easier sell missions have a base payout, and the harder sell missions get like a 25-30% increase in payout. That would actually make it worth it to try for those harder sell missions.

Due to the Criminal Enterprises DLC, it's even easier to keep your Nightclub popularity and Warehouse stocked. Nightclub popularity, your Head of Security Marcel will inform you about a patron causing trouble or a VIP passed out. Complete those and you get a full segment. As for the Warehouse, you can call Yohan and have him source product, so you can source while your technicians are as well

this. these are such small changes that made a big difference. GTa went from sweaty grind to chill after work play sessions since the update. Dude I got up to 7 million by just playing at my own slow pace. Mostly just nightclub safe & autoshop deliveries and payphone hits!

One thing rarely mentioned about how truly awful the forgery is, a single resupply fills the stock up by like 80%, meaning 3 sell vehicles for some of the worst missions in the game. I think making all Biker sell missions 1 vehicle would atleast make the forgery tolerable.

With the Agency, once you purchase the property it automatically comes with an Agency Super Volito helicopter (worth $2.1 million) and you can store it in your hanger for free and customize later. So a nice little added bonus with an already great business. :)

I bought the Casino penthouse for fun not for business. And it's my favorite property. My main spawning point. The services makes getting started a breeze as you can just call your car via valet from within your penthouse and off you go (from within the casino too). You also get a roof to land on when returning home and the wheel is right downstairs and the location is great. There's a lot of good reasons to own one.

I mainly use the ceo office however for similar reasons, plus I like to quickly refill my snacks there and then do a quick surplus delivery mission to the docks and then I call in my sparrow or favorite car and stop by the warehouses to send the technicians out, then go from there depending on what sounds fun at the moment.

Honestly im quite happy with what we have now I was a GTA online player years ago and now it finally feels like with all these businesses and heists we have a ton of options for different kinds lf players It finally feels like I can earn money and progress without being stuck doing the same boring money making jobs Or being stuck trying to control a crew in the OG heists when those released We get unique properties with all their own characters heists and jobs And now im truly wondering why anyone would buy shark cards at the price they have set for them

Quick thing: The Union Depository Contract now has a one hour cooldown. The other Auto Shop Contract missions do not. So, unfortunately, you can't do the UDC more than once per hour. At least solo, I'm not sure how it works with friends.

When the cayo first came out I had like 2.5 million dollars after buying the sub. I grinded it & got to 60 million in like 2-3 weeks between that, my nightclub & bunker. It was crazy good being able to do it on hard every like 45-60 mins. Was able to prep it in like 30-40, do it under 10 mins then wait for the txt from Pavel which back then took like 10 minutes.

I've played it to a point that now I just do literally anything which is more fun than money making, after you buy enough vehicles to mess around grinding doesn't feel kinda same. For that reason alone Cayo is becoming slowly unplayable and extra reasons as well like lag and the guards detecting bodies features make it harder to actually grind so people rather do a Coke business on a 2x weekend or maybe a Casino heist

I think the penthouse is a luxury item rather than a business. Is cool to have, the story missions tie perfectly with casino heist, it pays itself after you complete the story missions, you can spawn there and call your personal aircraft that will appear right in the backyard, you can see the cameras on the casino heist, you can also steal level 1 card from the heist setup. Plus you can throw parties, do Agatha missions... From a utility perspective, is a must-have, but from a business perspective you can pass. I'm glad they buffed the hanger, even though i think they would have made it better by letting us source more than one crate solo, even if it is aleatory, this could have made the business much more lucrative. The missions are fun and diverse for those who enjoys using aircraft, but takes between 8 to 15 minutes depending on the mission and the player skills. The Arcade and the kotsaka are almost the same level, the advantage of the sub is that you can host solo. But if you know how to do the setups and only asking for help on the finale, people will gladly accept 20~25% cut for 15min work on a casino heist(Between 350 to 500k). I usually give 20% because i have 80% of the work. Just make sure to chose 2 methods to alternate from, which enables hard mode, and only setting up the heist if you get gold or art. This way you'll get 1,5 to 1,7 mill per heist. Nowadays i'm burned out of casino and cayo heists, doing other things just to have fun since i bought pretty much everything that i wanted.

@@david8sc Being honest i can't deny that's hard to keep motivated. But now and then i take a break from GTA and come back near a dlc release, or just for the sake of a break. Other thing that i think is nice, is not having the burden of grind money to get things, you start engaging in activities less lucrative but for the sake of fun... Races, pvp, low paying businesses, free mode activities, heists with friends and socializing with others. I find it relaxing doing the hangar missions in first person... Now and then i jump into a grieffer for a quick pvp and that's it for now, when something new that i'd like to have drops in i just do some lucrative stuff like Cayo or casino and sell my warehouse and hangar.

Acid business won me over just based on the delivery methods alone, instead of delivering on three separate planes or post op vans, Now it’s a few deliveries on a fast bike…I’d rank it 2nd at least in the MC businesses…Coke lab being first…And overall? The nightclub is at the top of the pillar to this day.

Agree with all this. One decent vehicle to deliver a full load makes it well worth to play the Acid lab just for that. Coke's good too, depending on delivery vehicle. I've always liked the nightclub too....a great spawn place, dead easy 200k out of it and the missions aren't a drag.

A lot of people say that the hangar is still a bad business and too time consuming which it can be. But I gotta be honest, it’s some of the most fun that I’ve had with the businesses so far. Varied and fun source missions with little BS mechanics and AI; the only problem that I’ve had with it are the sell missions themselves but everything else is gucci. Not to mention the buffed sale values mixed in the product bonuses make this even more awesome imo.

Awesome vid with the hourly rates! I think I've mostly relied on your previous videos, so naturally my own preferences mostly line up with your ranking here. I know you gave your reason for not ranking the CEO office itself. The mixed goods crate mission is comparable to but better than the bunker dune loader mission by a tiny bit, with warehouses close to the Terminal. Your point about passive income versus active income is why I personally measure by income per active minute play time. I've already bombed your other videos with my overly long comments about this, so I won't repeat myself here other than: Maximize the cash collected per minute of active playing time spent sourcing and selling. Hourly rate isn't a good indicator where passive income is being considered. Hourly rate IS good if a player has more IRL time to play and doesn't mind grinding for 2-3 hours per day, per week, whatever.

Honestly I rarely spend any time doing the bunker, cargo warehouse or MC unless they’re double or triple money weeks. But I still have all of them because the super easy $50K you get from their secondary missions (Ammunation weapons truck for bunker, crates to the dock terminal for cargo, and bike / car mods with the MC and Auto Shop) make it really easy to get over $200K / hour just by rotating those. Add in profits from nightclub goods and the nightclub wall safe (since it’s super easy to keep popularity up now) and it’s a really simple process for bringing in some quick cash anytime.

A note on the agency to get the full 20k per in game day you have to do a total of 201 security contracts. Just saying that so if people are wondering why they did 200 security contracts but are only getting 19.5 k per in game day. That is why, it doesn't count the first one you do to unlock the Dr. Dre job.

Tbh my top 3 rn are: Nightclub Agency Acid Lab The reason why I don’t have the submarine is because it’s not always guaranteed that you’ll make 1.5 mil, while for the nightclub when you let that fill up that’s a guaranteed 1.4 mil, agency is a guaranteed 1 mil and acid lab gets you half a mil per sell

Yesterday I completed special cargo. My first character has large crate Warehouse five of them and my second character has the same as well. So total of 10 warehouses all together and when I got done selling both of the warehouses I made easy 40 million dollars within 3 hours and 45 minutes

Yup, that video sums it all up pretty accurately! After all the hours I spent doing active research on the meta I came to this conclusion. -Resupply Nightclub and Bunker with the master controller in the Arcade -Get your Arcade, Agency and Nightclub Safe money -Either sell your Full Nightclub, Bunker or Acid Lab -Doddle around with some Payphone hits or 2x activities -Go AFK in the LS Car Meet This routine gets me roughly 10-12 Millions weekly. Did you know and the bunker you can use the cargo Bob to pick up the ammunition and deliver it without damage by merryweather. Also in a motorcycle club you can also pick up the Van for your bar with a cargo Bob and make a nice safe delivery

For me personally. MC businesses (new acid one to) and Bunker are my preferred way to make money. That way i can chill in public lobbies and enjoy the game instead of grinding a ton of heist missions, cargo or other super grindy money makers. One sale mission (even if some of the most boring, meaning the MC businesses), I still prefer passive income. Even if more profitable methods, free roam lobbies is where I get my enjoyment. I do have the other businesses though to, nightclub is nice to sale after waiting forever to. All the passive safes are nice as well (arcade, nightclub, agency).

Also glad to see they’ve introduced way more solo ways to make money because as you said relying on friends (especially as you get older and your friends aren’t online as much anymore) can make the game a lot harder/longer.

In defense of the Arena workshop, it allows players to upgrade those vehicles they use in the arena missions, thus giving whoever owns them an advantage, giving them more consistent wins or high placements, and resulting in higher payouts overall as compared to not owning the workshop

I think that you undermine the Mc businesses a lot, with the arcades master control center you can every couple of hours resupply them all and pay for them. 2 things, 1. Make sure to max them before buying supplies 2. Don’t source supplies because as someone who is making bank, it is a waste of time and you’ll constantly have to do it with the amount of Mc businesses. I recommend to focus on getting every Mc business but after you do and max them all focus on nightclub, bunker, cocaine, and meth

I rode a motorcycle from my Sandy Shores clubhouse to the Freak Shop(roughly a 3-4 min ride) went into the Brickade and it was completely full after I logged off the previous day with it only being 3 bars. I've been struggling making money in gta since I'm a very busy man. So I started saving my gta$ religiously whenever I rarely booted the game up, as to buy the sub. And let me tell you this came in clutch when they finally put the kotsaka on sale. Now I never really have to worry about money in the game and I can finally do the things I've wanted to do. (Excluding actually completing a handful of heists that require 4 people. I'm including doomsday bc that was hard enough with 4 people. Couldn't imagine 2.)

I would, despite requiring a good amount of other businesses, rank NC top, as it only really requires money to get up and running and minimal effort on the side. Acid Lab might come 2nd highest as it has paid for itself within the probably shortest time of any business and is also pretty much passive once you've unlocked the business and done the 10 missions that gave 100k each during the bonus, only requiring minimal effort to sell stock. Cayo has been a pain for me, never managed to get out of the compound without triggering a guard, so only ever got the main objective and it gets quite tiring fast doing that over and over, atleast the other stuff offers a bit more varierity compared to Cayo, which is the same from start to finish every time at a very high frequent rate..

The MC businesses do not feel like passive businesses to me. You have to sell them almost every hour and many sale missions take 20-30 minutes. That is a lot of time/work for a passive business.

Fun fact with the agency, you can make the Dr. Dre missions a lot quicker by using the change crew glitch. There’s really only one cutscene after the first time you do it and it’s the one after you save DR. Dre and all you gotta do is click the home button navigate to your crew tab and change it. I have mine I created and I joined some random crew. I think IGN. And it works like a charm

Things like the Casino Penthouse and the Arena Workshop don't qualify as businesses, i'd say. They're properties with access to a little bit more content in the form of some missions or equipment you could use but that can also be said for many things in the game. Heists are also not businesses (and neither the high end apartments that give access to it). If you want to make the video you're making, it should be called ranking every 'money making activity' in the game, and then you could sneak in even a bit more. Now it's in the middle, and still somewhat confusing for the new player is my feeling.

One thing you should have mentioned that links the arcade computer to the nightclub is if you hire two DJs at the club, you can switch between them for $10,000 using the computer, which is the fastest way to keep your club’s popularity maxed while still making a profit.

I really hope they buff Cayo by making it return to it's previous state( where you can set it up again in 9-15 mins instead of the 3 hour cooldown). They could balance Cayo by applying the features now except don't make the guards see through wall and give us the ability to move body so that we can actually hide them.

The NERF sucks but Cayo Perico was never my main money maker. I used my passive businesses and use my active ones and when I am ready to sell I make bank. I also do a lot of casino heists. But the way I mainly made my millions as a new player was selling my large warehouses. That business alone other than my vehicle cargo warehouse made it possible for me to buy all my businesses no problem.

I don't mind the CD since I got the Agency, run that in between along with other businesses. Does suck a bit for new players though. They could maybe like you do a scope out mission without the CD but then setups etc after the CD. But if new players run Cayo a few times and buy an agency. They can alternate. I think I'd rank Kostaka 1st, Agency 2nd and Nightclub 3rd, reason nightclub 3rd for me is you need to have other businesses to source product for the warehouse and also those businesses like the biker businesses their sell missions are just mind numbingly bad. I can't stand them so to break even it would be a lot of work. The passive income on the nightclub was insane and you could just visit back and there would be a little job to do like escort a VIP or throw out a drunkard. Seems they nerfed that though :/ I haven't had the acid lab long enough, but as far as numbers go it will be top 2-5 easily once you have upgrades it seems. But can't comment on it personally. If you purely want money though without waiting for the stuff to source or produce. Get the Sub then the agency and after that you can build up the other businesses. I think the CEO warehouse is pretty solid too. Now you can pay for stuff to be sourced. Made 1mil with barely paying attention to it. I used to love the car business too but its just not worth the bother anymore. They should probably double or even tripple it and put it on like a 15 min timer. 200k-300k per 15 mins would be about right when you have to source the cars also. Made 10m off it but then haven't bothered since.

Tip for nightclub cargo and shipments: hanger business also counts as that category so if you already have a hanger but not a cargo warehouse you're good although i still recommend it because by itself its good but i'm not sure whats better for the nightclub business

while you aren't wrong, I 100% think the Nightclub is the best passive business in the game. because not only do you got the underground warehouse going on (which yes it take a while for it to fill up) but with the buff to the Actual nightclub bussines it makes it wayyy better. with Max popularity you get 50K every 48 Minutes with a MAX of 250K every maybe 2 hours ish? as long as you keep popularity up which now is less then a pain then it used to be since you can escort Drunk VIPs back home or Kick drunk people out to Increase popularity but Special Cargo is Definitely up there. I think it's netter then Bunker personally but I Digress

@@dhanesswaran there's nothing really passive about it. it's still the same as it was except now you can go to the warehouse and give your new employees 7,500$ to get the Cargo for you and it's random if it's 1-3 crates and takes about 45 Mins for them to get it. you still have to actively get creates but you can just have someone else get it while you focus on something else. the Nightclub tho is actually a Passive Bussines on the other hand. just have to worry about popularity

There's a lot of great ways to make money now which I love, but I wish there was more stuff to buy than vehicles, clothes, and more businesses. One thing I really wish they would add is something similar to the housing system they have in Elder scrolls online. There are endless furnishings to buy and endless ways to customize your house(s). With Rockstar's race creator system, there has to be a way they could implement something similar where we could customize our apartments or other properties. Benny's customs and even some of the stuff you can buy with chips for your casino penthouse gives a small taste of different ways to personalize in the game.

Elder scrolls customization usually requires in game microtransactions as the only way to buy furniture etc It's not a good system for a grinder, but a great system for gatcha spenders.👎

@@ricky-sanchez I've spent countless hours customizing my houses in Elder scrolls without spending a dime on microtransactions. There are tons of furnishings tied to achievements. Plus there's a weekend vendor that sells rare furnishings for in game gold. That being said, yes, there is a lot more that you can only get through the crown store, especially for those who build completely custom houses.

As a solo player, I love the Auto Shop and hanger. Auto shop is just fun with quick car tunes and staff delivery and the hanger to me is easier than driving around the map for deliveries when you are in a lobby with heavy greifers. Only problem with the hanger is players with oppressor bikes.

The Nightclub is crazy. On your management screen you can see how much money you've earned. The Nightclub itself has earned me more than twice as much as the nightclub warehouse. 50k$ every 48 minutes is no joke.

As we have enough ways to earn money, it would be nice to have more options to spend this money, make every online character more unique. Now you can buy a lot of clothes, vehicles and properties in most of the cases, but I still got this feeling that I'm missing something. But maybe its just me, most of the players should be fine, with what they can buy.

The bunker should be higher on the list, ya it fills slowly, but for the most part it's solo friendly, passive, and it makes a lot of money compared to other businesses. P.s. There's a lot of variables as well when it comes to ranking a business.

The armored Paragon R that we get for doing the Agatha Baker Casino missions is sooo 🔥🔥🔥 Speed, acceleration, handing, EVERYTHING! It's just an amazing car all the way around. So fun to drive. Really loved that car when all that first came out. Still an amazing car that still actually holds it's own against the rest, even today with all the newer cars released since then. I definitely recommend doing those missions to get it if you haven't already.

Talking about Nightclub warehouse, every 20 minutes or so, u can call Yohan and request a Nighclub Warehouse mission. The mission is very easy and fast, by doing this small mission u get like 15 000 dollars (sorry i dont remember) and also get some money to the Nightclub Warehouse. You forgot the mc clubhouse and its actually a pretty good money method using the missions that comes with it. Switch between sessions until you get the deathbike mission, complete it, sell the bike (need bike shop tho) and you get 80k in 5-10 mins. Repeat and you'll get 480k-960k in a hour

I'm really liking the current businesses in GTA. If you're not worried about making the absolute most money per hour and just want to have fun playing while making money, now is a good time. Mixing and matching routines is much more rewarding now. I can do a few hangar source missions which are actually pretty fun, then buy some supplies for coke or acid, stop by the nightclub and empty the safe and toss out a troublemaker for popularity increase, stop by warehouses and send the worker out for supplies, call Franklin for a pay phone hit, sell a high level vehicle. Then the next day do a completely different set of activities. So much less tedious!

For the high-end apartments, if you complete all heist setups and finales, in order, with the same crew and without losing any lives, you can get $10 million. It's really difficult but not impossible.

I would still say if you have other MC businesses the Nightclub is still is the best just because how passive it is. You make alot of money with very little effort and now where you can sell in privat lobbys you really have no risk with this business. The Cayo Perico Heist maybe pays better but you need alot of work to get it. The set up missions are so annoying and boring. I pretty much never can do more than one or two of the Hesists at a time because they really start to annoy me and are so repetetive.

For my true passive build this is what I do: 1. I use a cocaine lockup, and I use stash houses to resupply so I just have to shoot some ppl 2. When I need to resupply my bunker I use the terabyte. 3. Pair the Bunker+Cocaine with there tech in the nightclub with the max popularity. 4. Payphone contacts while all the passive income is coming in. Also, will it the Kosatka be decreased because of it's SECOND nerf.

That's a good point. Too many people are far too obsessed with making money. If I need money, just do Cayo. Anything else in the game, do what you get the most fun out of when you don't feel like money grinding. TGG's guide would only be relevant back in the day when businesses was the only way for money grinding and you had no Casino or Cayo heists.

Wouldn't it make more sense to express the money made per hour in actual work hours (average sale times and resupply visits) instead of the passive income? Most players have enough businesses to never be waiting for one to finish producing so shouldn't it make more sense to count the actual hours spent then hours where you're doing something else? Then you'd have a way more accurate scoring, with no more confusion about passive vs active businesses (I mean, are they actually passive if you have to put in time to get paid?)
