Not sure, if the Phoenix is THAT rare, since it does spawn in the streets and sometimes happens to be on the Import/Export list of Sesanta (the list, that you can actually fully complete, unlike Simeon's Import/Export list, where he accepts only one of those cars). I mean I've encountered the Phoenix multiple times while it was on the list, but it also seems to spawn alongside its cousin, the Ruiner (one of the most common cars in GTA O).

The tractor does spawn in single player but being a player in GTA since 2015 I am probably one of the few players who actually have the tractor in multiplayer.

Week... 😂😂😂 Oh, my friend you are sorely misguided. I've got a faster method than spinning and it took me a month during the 4x event after doing 3 weeks of 2x ap events during the course of a year. Those are also 18+hr days. A week... Might get you a docker which is 1/4 of the way to the tractor. That's also only if they do 2x again.

I mean idk if it’s on certain consoles but I never have a problem getting a phoenix to spawn or find one in general. Usually they spawn in waves and there will be a bunch of them driving around at the same time.

Hey TGG and peeps, the Phoenix is..or wasn't actually all that rare. They used to spawn all the time, at least once every two days or so (real days of solid playing) on Xbox 360, were still pretty common on Xbox One. I started this account on an Xbox One S in like around late 2020 or so and I have a garage full of them. They spawn (or did): in the Lower, southern part of Vinewood, all the way down to the Northern/top part of the hood. They also used spawn near the west most Los Santo customs all the way down to the Docks. Also not along ago on Xbox Series X I saw some on the freeway past the casino going up to the Farmhouse Bunker, and yes they spawn around the Airport/Souther Los Santos Customs as well, and of course the docks, around the parking lot and the side of the buildings where you drop off cars for Simeon.

With respect to the arena wars wheel it would cost on average $150,000,000 to reach level 500 at $5000 per spin (~30,000 spins). Not to mention the time involved. That is beyond crazy! Edit: TGG may have said 13,000. Still crazy, but I am willing to drop the "beyond."

I found the ruiner in that spot that was modded but the bottom color is a blue that you can't put on yourself in the body shop. It had a different wing on the back too. Very slick. I've also found 2 Phoenix's and one is an almost lime green but not exactly like the one in the game. Very cool. Thanks for the vids

I don't understand why R* isn't utilizing this in some type of daily objectives or a quest or something. Like the new "birdwatching / animalwatching", but just replace it with for instance find or preown this or that vehicle, drive it to a location with a yellow circle or into a car dealership for inspection. And if it is the correct one you get a small reward for it

Lost slamvan is the rarest vehicle in gta online, you have to land on mystery at the wheel and it has to select the vehicle catagory and then choose the vans catagory and from all the vans it has to choose the Lost slamvan, so youd be able to get 5 rusty tractors by the time you get one lost slamvan

There's also a rare dominator or 2. I believe it can spawn at LS customs in the middle of Los Santos, but I found mine by LS custom near the airport. It's an ultra blue one with a dark blue secondary. Maybe a 2nd variant where the secondary is chrome apperently. A bit of a tip for spawning rare vehicles that only spawn during the middle of the day around 12 o'clock is to start a contact mission called Denial of Service by Lester. If you do the first half of the mission the timer stops and it remains 12 o'clock so it makes it easier not to worry about the spawn time window. I found that dominator using this trick (I was looking for a gold dubsta). Now note that during the mission you can't drive anything in any LS customs or personal garage or workshop or the car meet... however if you just finish the mission in the vehicle you found, you get to drive around in it in free roam if you select free roam after doing the mission.

If you are doing VIP work FORTIFIED and spawn one you can put it in Arena Garage. I used to do this with Chrome or gold Dubstas. Never tried to spawn Dominator. Dubsta was worth more money.

The light blue one is easy to spawn at the fuel station near middle of the city by Maze Tower. During the day between 12 and 4pm best. It will be either the saber or the blue dominator. I used to farm them for money.

I accidentally found the Phoenix a few years ago I was being chased I found it. I drove it. I liked it. I bought insurance and kept it and I didn’t know it was rare until now.

I have a blind friend who plays this game with his girlfriend, and one night we were all playing, but they had to go do something but they were looking for a bunch of different cars, so I played thier account and basically went hunting for them. There were other friends also looking for specific cars playing, so after I found a few for my friends on their account I did the same for our other friends. It was really fun fir me, cuz I love collecting things in games. And now I have a reason to do it for myself. Funny enough the way he talked about the Sea Green Rusted Tornado made me INSTANTLY want it in my garage.

I still remember playing in a Xbox 360 lobby in around 2016 when a player had one of the large tow trucks. All tow trucks were removed very quickly from GTAO so it was cool to finally get to drive one.

1:30 there is another location for a modified ruiner and thats the ls customs at lsia one will spawn there as well i have had it spawn once but I wasn’t dedicated to finding it. And there is someone on youtube who has the rusty tractor they afk farmed arena war with a second account on pc which is much easier to do bc just grt it going then go do something else

My garages are full of rare cars. Used to spend hours and hours going to spawn areas and collecting and farming the more valuable ones. Even uploaded a few videos on my channel a few years ago. R* nerfed the chances of these cars spawning a few years ago and took the fun away. Some still spawn regularly though. After Cayo, didn't really need to farm anymore. They're just collectors cars in my garages now.

These rare car vids are my fav. I have the clown van and space docker... But I refused to grind through to the rusty tractor. As for the Phoenix... I'm a little unclear... Is that exact modded variant the car that's rare? I've seen many phoenix's around and can usually have one very quickly by jumping from session to session. But if you're saying that the red one with the high wing and the hood modifications is rare... Then yes I've never seen that before and will definitely do some grinding to find it. Does it spawn that way?

if you want to drive the rusty tractor without rank 1000 in arena war you can get it in story mode by getting kifflon trophy is kinda tedious but atleast less tedious than rank 1000 in arena war also if you want to drive it with your charachter store it and then go to director mode and then go to online charachter

The rusty tractor always spawn at the house near the stunt jump to the light house It also spawn after the final mission of the epsilon program at the parking space of the auto custom repair shop this is for single players btw and not that difficult to get

Idk why everyone thinks that pheonix is doms charger from fast 6... The only thing that makes it look kinda close is the spoiler. Also his didnt have a blower motor on it. But if you want to make a car that looks jus like the one from the movie, then get the( GUANTLET CLASSIC and take it to bennys and do the upgrade. Then ull have a car thats almost identical ta the one from the movie... My fast n furious collection is 1.5 office garages.

The Pink Limo isnt so rare actually. Usually it will spawn at night near LS Customs. You dont have to drive another limo to spawn it. Any vehicle you drive, it will spawn parked there regardless.

up until now i didnt know the pheonix was rare, before i started over on pc i had thousands of hours on ps4 and multiple theme garages and i used to have so many pheonix' and rare dubstas and stuff, kinda collected cars, kinda sad that i cant keep them and had to start over on pc
