Hey hey! I used phentermine and it actually worked great! I think it's the best option because you don't have any side effects, i literally was never Hungry so you can eat better, with me i eat just to eat lol! Even now being off it i still didn't gain the weight back 🙃

So funny I'm 49 going thru menopause too...married 20 years now😊and truly once a day or weekly people freak out saying you cannot be over 30s. We are blessed with baby faces and beautiful skin. And yep I'm a size 10 oh well!! Love your channel

I would recommend an ADHD medication that begins with “V” and rhymes with “ivanse”. Why? I lost about 100 pounds because it affects the hunger level and doesn’t make you go through the same side affects that the medication you mentioned does.

I've been on Manjaro since September and have lost 17 lb so far I suffer from insulin resistance so I'm just like you a very hard time to lose weight even though I hardly eat anything... The downfall of eating once a day is your body stores it all for fat and it's better to eat six smaller meals a day because then your body knows it's getting fed and you actually end up losing more weight that way It may be worth a try with the Manjaro or whatever one you decide to go on

Yea I am definitely insulin resistant too. I had good luck doing keto but seems like since I've turned 50 I'm now having thyroid issues so it's much harder to lose weight.

I have been on Monjaro for diabetes for about 6 months. I don't own a scale, last time I was on one I had lost 34 lbs. I know I have lost more since then. As someone with a food addiction, it has changed my life. Not only am I not hungry but my brain feels like it was rewired. Most of the time, I don't even want the sweets I used to eat all the time. And when I do crave something once in awhile, I get to have it with no guilt.

I started out on saxenda and did not lose anything so my doctor put me on Manjaro and I was on it a year and I lost 50 lb and then my coupon card expired and insurance won't cover it so she decided to put me on Wegovy and it's back ordered until 2024 and now git approved for saxenda again and it's on backorder. So good luck trying to find it. Bc all the skinny ppl are taking it. And for me with hypothyroidism and insulin resistance can't get it and no pharmacies can get it😊

That was a fear of mine!! I have heard about shortages. I know someone who was using ozempic for diabetes and they can't even get it now. My other option is Phentermine. So I'm not sure what to take. I have a consult coming up. So maybe they can help me with what to do.
