Kira's interactions with his new family and trying to adjust to his new life are some of my favorite scenes to watch. The little detail of Kira struggling to figure out which key to unlock the door with is a nice touch. I love the moment of everyone panicking during the clash with Kira's ghost dad and then there's jotaro just standing there not even fazed knowing exactly what he has to do like the badass he is. Josuke's one liner definitely gives off the vibe of a teen trying so hard to act tough even though they're shitting themselves and I love it. It won't be too long before we finish part 4 which is crazy to think about.

I'll be honest how I interpreted Kira experiencing and recording his nail growth throughout the years to determine when he needs to kill, makes me think of a cat both sharpening and unretracting his claws ready to pounce on his prey. Which I think is apt considering Killer Queen has a vaguely cat like humanoid head and face.

Honestly, Okuyasu isn't really as dumb as he himself thinks. I really think the way he was treated by Keicho had a huge impact in how he sees himself: no confidence in his abilities, he thinks he should just fall back because he'll ruin everything, etc. etc. Keicho really fucked him up by protecting him in his own ways. Keicho really cared for him because if you think about it, The Hand could have destroyed their dad EASILY, but he never even suggested it because he didn't want Okuyasu to experience that. And right before he died he wanted to seem like he didn't give a shit so Okuyasu wouldn't be as hurt. There are a lot of subleties in JoJo's that actually run deep. (Kind of like how Jotaro is theorized to have severe PTSD from the aftermath of Part 3.)
