The best way to lean is v and b where you can use your thumb for it. Since you don't need to use space unless you try jump and lean which is impossible anyway :)

The shift / space lean idea prolly would work - I do something similar in tarkov where my leans are just backwards (q is right lean e is left lean) and it gives you so much more flexibility ( I also use space as crouch and C as jump so I have more flexibility in any situation). imagine the same would work for PUBG

I use the thumb mouse buttons for leaning, that way you can always move freely as you want. And it's connected to your ''vision'' if you want. Feels very intuitive, I could never use the Q and E, always felt very clumsy and forced.

This game... before the update it was like 7/10.. rats.. camping.. You saw people here and there moving... after update, ULTRA MEGA RATS, ULTRA CAMPING, yesterday I played SANHOK, I haven't seen a player for the whole GAME!!!!! THE WHOLE F****** GAME. I was runing around bootcamp all game.. It was like 15 people and penultimate zone and then 2 female s*x organs pushed me over the bridge and I died. 2/10.
