I haven't driven any trucks irl, but that driveshaft torque seems a bit extreme to me

it’s pretty close to what I’ve experienced, the first test he did was with the parking brakes on which redirects basically all of the power straight into twisting the chassis until the clutch slips and that will make any truck noticeably twist. For the rest of that clip the twist is more noticeable due to the truck being a 72” sleeper which have long frames and driveshafts. The reason most boxtrucks don’t also do this is because they have relatively weaker engines as well as the actual cargo box which makes them much stiffer than a tractor

Not really, my old man runs a T660 with a Cummins pushing about 700 horse with 2400 lb of torque and it raises that front left pretty high super easy if he's hauling heavy or got a lead foot, SCS got it pretty accurate because if you aren't easy on the throttle irl you can get the frame to twist pretty easily with high power trucks, it's not as noticable with the lower power engines like the 400's-500's.
