Quick note, another way you can tell if the doctor room island is in your game is above that little tower with the red smoke near the doom medallion, it'll change to green and show a doctor doom head but sometimes it's inaccurate in case you didn't know

You know if you play the game enough you would know that for many seasons now it hasn't been difficult to level up maps give tons of XP and just doing challenges on purpose or on accident by just playing gives a lot of XP playing fortnite and making videos on it is TG's job he quite literally has to play the game a lot also he just genuinely enjoys playing the game you don't need to bring him down just because he's doing something he loves and just because someone plays video games a lot doesn't mean they don't go outside and "touch grass" as if you touch grass every time you go outside
