There's a lot of other motorcycles you could buy as well as scooters for that price range. They will out perform that Vespa and go on the fast highways for 400ccs in above. In the end you're just paying for the name. Admittedly though it is a beautiful scooter. If you have the coin, it would be nice when they have in your stable
