Anda benar. @@biniskz6854
I’ve noticed that some Thais believe the main reason Malaysians visit Thailand is because it’s a free country, with no religious police, and people can do whatever they want without fear of being caught by religious authorities. However, that’s not the primary reason Malaysians come to Thailand. In Malaysia, you can still wear a bikini, drink alcohol, and generally do what you want without much concern. The main reason Malaysians flock to Thailand is because it’s more affordable compared to some local destinations. Hotels are reasonably priced, seafood is cheap and delicious, and even some groceries are more affordable than in Malaysia. Another key reason is Thailand’s hospitality. Even though many Thais don’t speak English, we Malaysians always feel very welcome here😊

This! 👍 We Malays have tried countless times to explain but most of the people from Northern Thailand do not understand 😅 They have a huge misconception by assuming we want to experience hedonistic lifestyle 😢 Thai people should at least take note that we Malaysian Muslims are mostly NOT interested in cheap booze or pork or wearing bikinis in public. We come to Thailand for sight seeing & tasting halal food. Malaysians travel a lot because we want to see nature & cultural heritage. We love to shop too & bring back stuffs made by locals as mementos. We usually buy in bulk to give some to our relatives & neighbors. We travel, study & work around the world because Islam encourages it. We still wear our hijab & still do our daily prayers too. That's freedom in practicing our faith. We don't crave Thailand's style of freedom. Apologies, most Thai people have very little understanding on Muslims & Christians.

@@HaeraFashionHouse I don't understand why some Thai people think Malaysians visit Thailand just to experience "freedom." In Malaysia, non-Muslims are already free to practice their religion, wear bikinis, eat pork, and drink alcohol without interference. For Muslims, most of us deeply value our faith, and when we visit Thailand, it's usually for the food. Thailand, especially the southern region, offers a wide variety of halal food at reasonable prices. I've even come across comments suggesting that Malaysians visit Thailand just to eat KFC because people think KFC has shut down in Malaysia. While some outlets may have closed, there are still over 500 KFC locations in the country! Only foolish people would travel to Thailand solely for KFC, especially when there’s an abundance of delicious halal food in Thailand
