Not possible anymore (you can’t get flame flinger anymore on th10) and the base is perfectly made for it. No x-bow, mortars or far out teslas in the bottom side and the only thing in the top side that can even (besides the eagle) attack air is the air defense (ricochet cannon, ground xbow, etc). Probably just the same guy on different Clans doing a friendly war. Impressive nonetheless but under real conditions not possible.

This is a friendly battle what happened is that either th16 player created a perfect base for that th10 to 3 star which is quite unlikely or th10 carefully analysed the base and brought just perfect army and hero equipment like how he knew the placements for teslas in the bottom no one can give their 100% at that point but if they're careful enough then can come close to 100%. Conclusion: this video is just a very careful planning or maybe a very lucky attack afterall this isn't an actual war or cwl attack it's just a friendly battle that I just mentioned earlier.
