I’ve been playing COC for a long time and I will never understand why base designs constantly have the air defenses next to important defenses, air sweepers (which is totally insane) and Heroes who can be easily eliminated by 3 Zap spells or seriously damaged for the rest of your defense. I appreciate the base designs but I always change them to make sure the air defenses are surrounded by resources so all my defenses, air sweepers and heroes can stay protected from Zap spells since the majority of attacks use dragons or e dragon attacks. I rarely get 3 star attacks because of it. Hope this helps.

either the base is for a tournament and zaps have a cap on them or (in this case) the base is bad

farming bases keep your storages around/ in the center of your base, war bases prioritize in giving as little % as possible to try and force a 2 star attack, and trophy cwl is essentially the same

Base 2 is absolutely not anti everything... The first and biggest problem: 2 air defenses and their respective air sweepers are too close each other, meaning they're easily destroyable by just throwing 3 lightnings...

I like base two because it’ll be hard for electro dragons to 3 star and it’s very good for ground especially if you’re having a problem with witches
