E drag is had been strong since the beginning. It's the one size fits all "strong attack" the only better attacks are highly tactical (like QC Lalo. My favorite)

Heroes play a big part of the attack it should get 40-45% of the base cause starting th13 edrags alone or any troops can't triple any base without heroes.

super wizard or if you dont want to do invisibility spells you can probably use an edragon and some balloons but it wont be as good as the minions or wizards

ED is good for th11 but after that it's not so effective. Use hybrid and queen walk attacks.
