This is a remix. 2Pac isn't on the original. They added him later. And either way, this song was a response to Biggie inciting a shooting at tha Dogg Pound. 2Pac _didn't_ start the beef. And that's no dick riding. That's just facts. If anything... Biggie started it. Anybody that really knows Hip Hop knows that it was the East Coast who started that beef.
