If you have a high percentile then without any doubt , u must opt for SPIT or VJTI. I won't agree with him on the Crowd factor. It depends on what kind of Crowd u want to have in Engineering. In KJ , DJ and Thadoomal you could find a majority chunk of students who are laid back indulging in different activities. Where as for SPIT and VJTI , one can find a Crowd which is very competitive and determined. They start preparations right from the first semester and are encouraged to participate in Technical competitions by the college. Thus both these colleges have not only the better placement stats but also one of the best higher studies prospects compared to others

Last year For CS in kj somaiya...6 students got tfws seats..and cutoff was 99.51% ... If you want tfws in any engineering college ,you have to score more and your family income should be less than 8 lakh..

Hello Khushi! Agar aapne 12th ke baad 2 years ka drop ya gap liya hai...toh aapko gap/drop certificate submit karna padega for admissions. And for placements don't worry..drop se kuch effect nahi hota placements ke uppar. Dusre students ki tarah hi aapki bhi placements ho jati hai.

Hi kaala! there are hostels in the campus…but not specifically for engineering students. The campus has 2 hostels - Polytechnic hostel and SIMSR (i.e., management hostel) But still Engineering students apply for both the hostels...you will have to stay in between polytechnic and management students... Management students hostel is good and have limited rooms for Engineering students. Yess you can apply for these hostels...also agar campus wala hostel achha nahi laga toh bahar kidar laga dena..

I have made ... College Reviews! Check dj sanghvi in playlist. In that I have mentioned it's cutoff. If you are passionate or having interest in it then only join chemical. Placements are less ...You have gate exam option. But still in dj sanghvi placements for Chemical is good as compared to other Colleges.

Your mht cet score is waste of you don't have domicile certificate. But still you can take admission with your jee score. But usually jee cutoffs are high... if you failed to get clg through jee score in online admission then you can try your jee score in offline admissions.

Hi Piyush! Yes you have chances to get IT/CS/AI in tsec for 135.. the only thing you have to do is you have to apply for both online cap process and offline institute level form. If you failed to get online then you have chances to get it through offline. Don't worry ,you will get IT at tsec online easily..and let's see if you get AI or CS online nahi toh offline ke liye apply karna after cet results... because CS /AI milne ke bhi chances hai . Let's hope you will get good percentiles!

Hi nikita! Generally for management quota everyone has to fill their management quota form...but this year due to corona may be all physical forms you will have to fill online. I guess Management quota process will start after declaration of mht CET results... Do one thing go to their website ,check if there is any such form...also if there are contact numbers call them and do inquiry... And one more thing from this year I guess kj somaiya is going to become autonomous.. so their admission process will be different...ask them properly and clear your doubts 👍 Are you maharashtra student or from MP state? If you are from outside maharashtra... there are different rules...

I just checked their official website... It has now become separate autonomous university.... So there is no caste system, management quota etc. It is open for all... Students from all over India. They have 4 phases of admission...in which you can take admission through jee 1 score, SAT score, SET score and MHT CET score... In their website the dates for few phases admission has already over...you are late I guess... I'm not sure but check their website carefully and take actions fast...also call them and ask I want admission ,tell me the process...May be they can ask you for donation..but dena mat😂 their fees is already high... Also if you are gujrati student ,you can try for DJ sanghvi ...it is better than kj somaiya..in terms of placement, crowd, infrastructure ...

Nikita .. my friend from kj told me that from this year kj has become separate university. So I guess ,you will not find kj somaiya ka naam this year in Mht CET cap counselling process.... You will have to take admission either through their website or you can go to that College and take the admission ... there will be no Mht CET government involved in it... If you are in maharashtra right now, you can visit kj personally and do all your enquiry ...

Yes brother you can get admission in these colleges through mht CET...but you should have domicile of maharashtra. Because this domicile certificate is required during admission process. My best friend was from uttar pradesh ,but bachpan se maharashtra mai reh Raha tha..we were in the same tuition and college. We both gave cet and jee..but when admission process started .. maharashtra Colleges need your domicile certificate which is proof of that you are living in maharashtra. Mere friend ke pass nahi tha...aur uss kam time mai voh domicile bhi nahi banva sakta tha for maharashtra. So he didn't take admission in Mumbai or pune University...which asks you for domicile certificate. Instead of that he took admission in bharti vidyapeeth university...which is totally separate university, it has their own entrance exam .. something called bve CET.

Hi shweta! In terms of placements both are great 🔥🔥 if you get admission in any of these Colleges you will not regret at the end. Placement packages of CS and IT branches in both the Colleges are high as compared to other branches. Both are famous for CS and IT packages...as most of the companies visit these clgs. Coep campus is better than vjti, crowd is best at both places. Vjti is in mumbai and staying in mumbai and exploring new things will be great experience if you choose vjti over Coep. Because personal growth environment in mumbai is good than pune. Where are you from?

Hi Naresh! Do you have Domicile of maharashtra... In order to get state mht cet seats you must have domicile certificate of maharashtra... Same thing happened with my best friend who gave 10th,12th,cet,jee from maharashtra...he was from UP and uske pass domicile nahi tha...so he didn't get any Mht CET seat ... So if you don't have domicile of maharashtra,, start making it at least for safety.. it's important document required for admission process ...
