The wine and sparkling selection was very nice in the lounge. I always love your shower room reviews. Please keep doing them. The Thai uniforms for the flight crew are so pretty. Another great video by Jayden! not only they are informative, but help us to make great choices on what seats/class/airlines we would like in future. Jayden has definitely saved me money on a different video as the business class between different planes, even with the same airline are vastly different, but at the same price. Nice video. Based in BKK and flying nearly every week, I am in the SQ lounge nearly every time. BR is an okay plan B. Skip Turkish. TG gets crowded but their smaller lounge on E pier is nice.

Great video, Jayden! Thanks for the extensive lounge tour in BKK. Lots of good options depending on your preferences. Sorry about the aircraft swap. That must have been particularly annoying for solo travelers who suddenly now had a seat mate. The service looked outstanding on the flight. Very personable. It’s amazing you got 2 meals on a flight less than 5 hours.

What a coincidence - just got home from TG433 on their 787-9. Seems like the Thai dresses are worn on flights with 6 as the flight number's first digit. I believe Thai and aircraft changes blend well like peanut butter and jelly :)

Love it and for the seats TG Royal Silk Class Stelia Solstys B787-9 A350-900 B777-300/ER beat this one a Rockwell Collins Diamond. I wonder if your mum has a star alliance FFQ if she does then it can be used here. For my family Dad has both UA and TG Mum SQ Krisflyer. Some cases TG B787-8 does do regional runs to Taipei HKG and MNL. Singha Beer is Thailand which equals San Miguel beer Philippines and Asahi Beer Japan.

Most of Thais also prefer Silverkris lounge over TG lounge but it’s always overcrowded, I preferred EVA Lounge for more quiet peaceful relaxation. BTW, Silverkris lounge toilet doesn’t have bidet!!! Unacceptable 😆

they do have a reputation of swapping last minute. But the chance of that happening is still relatively low. I looked up TG658 on flightradar24, the whole week had been A350 and on-time!

My experience: When I booked my return business class tickets from Germany to Thailand, both ways were scheduled in a new plane, but just a few days or weeks before the flight date Thai Airways changed both flights for older planes, aged and less comfortable. Also they didn't respect my seat number booking. No explanations or alternative proposals. This is disrespect to the customer, deception and trickery.

From my experience, Thai Air Business class in long haul flights is bad and disappointing:  When I booked my return business class tickets from Germany to Thailand, I chose both flights in new planes, but just a few days or weeks before the flight date Thai Airways changed both for OLDER PLANES, aged and less comfortable. Also they didn't respect my seats number bookings.  The business class SEATING were BAD for anybody taller than 170 cm, the rows were too close excepting two rows.  The AUDIO-VIDEO SYSTEM HAD CONTINUOUS INCIDENTS, it was impossible to watch movie o listen music without suffer shutdown several times. Also some of the headphones give a horrible sound. The crew was used to this; they had to reset the system several times during the flight.  AC: the business cabin temperature was too cold, frozen. I wasted my first 5 days in Thailand on bed, sick because of it.  FOOD: just regular.  DRINKS: wines were served 10-15 minutes later than food, too late and unacceptable for a Business class.  BOARDING and Security: there was no a different queue and finger for business passengers, it was together with economy class.  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, horrible, Air China standard. They made me miss a connecting flight in Bangkok due to the long delay in the arrival of the Thai Air flight. They did not take responsibility for anything, nor did they provide any solution or compensation, and they treated me very disrespectfully, demonstrating that customer service and satisfaction is a concept unknown to Thai Air, nothing to do with European standards. Score for the long haul business class in Thai Airways: FAIR to BAD After that deceiving and disappointing experience and the poor quality, I have never flown with Thai Air again. There is a good choice of much better airlines: Turkish, Qatar, Singapore, Lufthansa, Cathay,...
