I feel like this video was made in the perspective of spontaneous travellers where no research was done beforehand. This is the feeling I got from the video. Right from the beginning you were complaning about how "industrial" feeling the airport was, that level you were walking there is the arrivals floor or domestic departures if you were in the A/B concourse. The airport when built was the largest passenger terminal by area at the time, and no matter how you design the airport there will always be a walk. People complain about Istanbul's new airport as well, but there's no getting around it. Secondly, you were looking to buy some duty-free to take to australia, but ultimately you didnt buy any. What you might not have noticed is that all flights bound to australia require an addional baggage check before entering the gate area. Due to the auto-translation, I might have misinterpret what you have said as well. Anyway, you can still buy any duty-free at the airport, the difference here would be the staff will hand you your purchase after you cleared that additional security check. Onboard the aircraft you were nitpicking about how tight the seats were. You need to know that Thai Airways use off-the-shelf seats that airlines can purchase to be installed on their aircraft. These seats can be found on Iberia and Asiana airlines for example. Once again due to the auto-translation, I might have interpret something wrong here, but for the colours of the cabin, in my opinion Thai Airways makes use of bright colours really well to make the cabin feel big and airy. If you look at the same seats on the airlines I have mentioned they all look like office cubicles. I don't quite understand what you were complaining about the catering, you made it sound like you wanted economy class style catering where everything just comes in one tray and the cabin crew all disappear. They should serve your food in intervals to make sure the passenger understands what they're being served and not overwhelmed by the amount of food they're getting. Overall, I think the product and service they provided is good and is not a bad investment and maybe you just didn't have the right mindset. If you were to fly the same route on Qantas, I can guarantee you will be shocked about how they treat their paying customers.

When I watched the previous video and heard their rants about how expensive flying is , I knew the fix is in... two entitled grifters probably looking for a shake-down and failed , airport ceiling is too low , untrained flight attendants , food is lousy , airplane seats are too tight ( may I suggest Jenny Craig for two weeks) and the seats are just fine... the funniest part she is grading the skills of the pilots. Dude you both come out in this episode as bitter and arrogant talking shit about Airbus finest aircraft and the pilots who fly it , I will say stick to shawarma reviews and let the geniuses of Airbus worry about aircraft design...maybe you ought to watch Mark Weins once in a while and learn something.
