Hi Mina, It's interesting to see the myriad food choices here at Bangkok: noodles, desserts, skewers, mini tacos and wonderful fruits. The Banana-leaf-pyramid packing of food is artistic and I never heard of this in any other part of the globe. Scallops, calamaris, prawns, crabs and oysters all are visually pleasing and highly compelling to visit this great tropical oasis. I would appreciate if you put a separate video on the foods of Thailand. Great efforts. Cheers!!!

The Alain is water beetle. Their eggs are used as main ingredient for for water beetle salad and chilli sauce. It’s creamy with unique smell (not for everyone). The super sweet topping on the cray pot custard, that’s “tong yord “. It’s made of egg York, cooked in thick syrup. Thus, it’s very sweet.
