Thai Boat Noodles in Melbourne | Soi 38

Thai Boat Noodles are a traditional Thai dish, with strong flavours that are typically served in a small bowl. This was definitely one of the most authentic Boat Noodles I have had.
I found this cool little joint located in the Central Business District of Melbourne.
At first, the location seemed a little odd, wedges between two parking structures, down an alley way not far away from a few dumpsters. However, don't let the location fool you.
Once I got to the restaurant, the surrounding suddenly did not matter. The restaurant itself has a really authentic Thai feel to it. I really felt like I was actually eating in a Thai restaurant on the streets of Bangkok.
Just like many restaurants in Thailand, the menu is very simple and straight forward.
If you're in Melbourne and craving some Thai Boat Noodles, I highly recommend this place.

It looks a light for it to be Thai boat noodles. It has beef or pork blood(don't remember) that gives it the dark rich and irony flavor that associate this famous dish.

Yeah, traditionally they do add beef blood, but I notice some places don't put that much, therefore it is not very thick. You eat this dish often?
