Due to the amount of lactose intolerant people in Finland, lactose free dairy products are very widely available, which I have found is not that common across the globe.

hello and greetings from Finland😉. a sauna can actually be found in almost every house. in high-rise buildings, the sauna and shower rooms are usually built in the basement. in the newest apartment buildings to a penthouse. in these buildings, each apartment owner has the opportunity to book their own sauna shift, during which no one other than the residents of the apartment in question may go to the sauna. 1 shift lasts about an hour. then it's the next one's turn. As a family, we can go to the sauna together, and we really go there in our birth clothes. in public saunas, however, men and boys go separately to the changing rooms, shower rooms and sauna. so do women and girls. Finns are used to seeing different bodies from an early age, so nudity is not a big deal. however, before taking a sauna, we take a shower, because we don't want to take dirt with us into the sauna. the sauna is heated so that the heat and humidity remove dirt from the skin and relax tense muscles. the sauna also helps you sleep better the next night. Pesäpallo baseball is definitely not the same game as american baseball. Finnish baseball has a much bigger field and very different rules. even the position of the pitcher is completely different in Finnish than in American baseball. but even though baseball is a big deal in Finland, the king sport, the one that stirs up the whole of Finland, is ice hockey. you should really watch the video called "never forget - Leijonat 2019 (re-up)" (English subtitle) kzbin.info/www/bejne/nnnIqKydbdNrmbcsi=oDHb3pu8OHwqOq9o Finland is definitely a country where you know how to have fun in the strangest ways. swamp kickball is not the only sport. there's the boot throwing world championship, there's the air guitar playing, etc., there are dozens of competitions, each crazier and funnier than the other. this may have something to do with the long, dark and cold winter. or a counter-pull as a counterweight to the general Finnish silence. yes, there are about 5.5 million of us Finns and there are over 7,000 metal bands. then there are rock bands on top of that.. oh yes, we are not called a metal country for nothing.

About lactose intoleranse: The reason why we know how many are intolerant simply is that milk and dairy products are so usual in our society. It is not that people in Finland are more lactose intolerant than other people - it is actually the reverse. To be honest, if I have understood it correctly, the percentage is actually lower in Finland than in most countries in the world.

About the reindeers. They started testing this back in 2014 on 20 reindeers around the town of Rovaniemi. If they still do it I do not know.
