Issan is very hot in Jan~May. So, consider installing radiant barrier sheets under your roof tiles. If you decide to install ones; please do some google info on it because Thai Roofer don't like to leave air gap between the roof tile and radiant barriers which make reduce its efficiency.

Absolutely you do not need those little red clay bricks in bathrooms and kitchens, water absorbency has nothing to do with it as they will be rendered. Lightweight blocks have far better thermal properties than those horrible clay bricks, and believe me the lightweight blocks are more than capable of supporting kitchen wall cabinets, I know as my IKEA kitchen was hung on them 6 years ago and nothing has moved. Beware poorly built cavity walls in Thailand, the two skins of block or brick MUST be tied together at regular intervals and the cavity should be kept clean or mortar. Roof trusses should be braced, as was shown I believe on the drawing you showed. Other than that looks like a good quality build.

What size are the blocks you are building walls with Thanks

We are using AAC 7.5 cm blocks(with render 10 cm) for most of the house. Most walls are protected from the sun, but those that arent are double thickness.(2 × 7.5 blocks with air gap). The bathrooms use red brick.

Its a myth that red bricks absorb more water. Aac blocks absorb less. There's videos on youtube that show this.
