A foreigner passed by. In the pass I dare to say Thai were willing to help. However in recent years I doubt that. More and more of MM people, both in their land and immigrant esp. illegal started to cause the Thai problems and conflicts -- from some Burmacentric eg. said Thai stole their culture -- which is funny. TH is a nationality with mix ethnics. That's include MM people -- Shan, Bamar, Kareni, Hill tribes, etc. See the north of TH. These people bring along their culture and mixed with others long before the concept of country as nation state with territory/laws/etc. happened. Not to talk some have no evidences to back up their claim at all eg. the MM said water festival is theirs and TH stole it. Well Water festival practiced among Tai (Tai, not Thai which is nationality) ethnic groups spread from S. CH to many countries in Asia, included the Shan people which is a branch of Tai. Search for "Dai water festival" on YT to see if anybody needed. Dai is an ethnic in Xishuangbanna, S of CH. Or the way they said the emerald Buddha was given to Th by their king which come from words with no records at all. It's like you believe there were dragons and Merlin along with Excalibur and fairies from King Arthur. Not to talk about crimes committed in TH by the their migrants in recent year yet very few are translated to Eng or even Burmese. Just a sample in Eng since it's extremely hard to find but there are tons in Thai if you can read their language. Search on YT for "Myanmar Couple Surrenders Over Iranian man and Thai wife’s Murder" by The Thaiger, a newspaper by expats in TH.

Both are terrible ideas. Megaprisons are usually privately owned and we can all see what private ownership of prisons lead to = the NEED for more prisoners, otherwise it is not profitable to run such a huge prison (check out US prison system). This leads to politicians (or junta) to create or use obsolete laws to imprison citizens in order to keep the prisons filled (example of a pointless law: lese-majeste law in thailand 112) And bitcoin has very little uses outside of the black market and market speculation, there are MUCH better ways to use our time and energy resources instead of supporting such a pointless and bloated pseudo-infrastructure such as bitcoin... Instead of these two bad ideas, what about making thai education better? Maybe job opportunities better? Social security better for old/retired/poor people? Sooo many more important issues to focus on...
