Hi! Thank you so much for give my recipe a try😊 I make this recipe often and always turn out moist so I try to think what could cause the dryness. Did you use similar frozen cassava like mine or fresh one? Or maybe try it without the tapioca starch and see if it helps. Please let me know how it turns out. Have a great day😊

Hi, this looks so soft. With the frozen casava, after you thawed do i need to adjust the water?. Also, as cooked casava has a chewy texture, so may i ask why add tapioca starch? and how long do they stay soft so i know how big the batch to make. Thanks

Hi! 1. I didn’t adjust the water after I thaw but if the brand that you use has too much water I would drain it out 2. You are right the cassava has chewy texture after cooked but I like to add a little bit of tapioca starch just to make it chewier😁 3. It stays soft all day but if you have leftover keep it in the fridge…it will get little hard but cover in damp paper towel and warm it up in the microwave it will be soft again but best to eat same day that you cook.
