VLOG | day in the life | general catch up | fitness update | wearing wigs

It's been a while but I wanted to do a proper catch up with you and also film a sort of day in the life with me, as well as give some updates on my health and fitness (I do running now, as well as lifting weights!) and also a brief bit about my hair regrowth and the fact that I'm still wearing wigs on occasion. (I'll do a proper video about my hair another time!)

So glad you are back to vlogging. I have been following you since I received a colostomy in 2017. I watched everything I could find on you cause you spoke to me with your vlogs and the ups and downs I was experiencing. I know longer have a colostomy but know with my health I might need to go back to one in the future. If so, it will be ok cause I know I can get through and live life fully. You seem just like one of my daughters and I love keeping up with you.

Hi Thaila, great vlog, thanks for sharing your journey. Love your chill personality and style. It's awesome and encouraging to see your fitness and hair recovery journey, you're doing so well. I'm also trying to work on my fitness. I follow you on Instagram as well, but yeah had a colostomy since 2017, then changed to an ileostomy last year (result of a second cancer).
