Thailand: A Spiritual Pilgrimage, Part 6: Parade & Night Market (Filmed entirely on a DJI Action 4)

Today we watch the Bun Bang Fai Rocket Festival Parade just outside of Mahasarakam. The festival culminates in rockets being fired towards the heavens in a hope that they grab the attention of the rain gods and support a good harvest. Lots of rice wine is consumed in 40 degree heat, so you can expect anything. We then finish the day at the Mahasarakam night market that is held every weekend. I am not brave enough to try fried bugs and stick with spicy rice balls and watermelon.
