I live in Washington state and we don't have any food like this on the street. You are so lucky to have so many choices. I can almost smell it as it wafts across the ocean. I love every minute of this. Also the chapters that scroll along with the program are incredible. Well done.

You are so lucky to live in Washington, street foods like this in real life may not be healthy for your body and many are from various and low grade ingredients so it may look dirty. If you give me a choice i wouldnt hesitate to go living in washington from my point of view whom is Thai and been living for 17 years (as my ages)

@@ペムペム Food in the US is no more cleaner than street food in Thailand. Many people would rather have this kind of street food near their house, including me. The ingredients that these stall use are the same as the one served in restaurants. I hope you will change your opinion as it is straight up classism. The quality of food that the working class in the US can get is lower than in Thailand. Many family feed their kids with junk food from chain restaurant and can't afford to eat a diverse diet. Unlike Thailand, where I can get everything at the corner of the street.
@ペムペム3 жыл бұрын
@@thastayapongsak4422 i agree with the low nutritional value of food in US that you pointed about. I can say that Thai cuisines have their unique tastes and various feasts even though you are a picky person you can survive here because there are plenty of meals and edibles you wish to enjoy. But, my main statement since first place i mentioned here is that this guy said we are so lucky to live here as there are many choices of food to eat. Well, you wont know the topic you brought here as "you can go anywhere (at the corners) and there are plenty foods in thailand" is a real and internal issue in my country, as foreigners or tourists that come to visit Thailand as taking a vacation, they travel here for a while and go back to their country. They wont know the deep seated problems of the public management system of habitat that need to be fixed due to the messy thoroughfare here. The reason there are so many food carts through the street because they have no way nor proper spaces to sell and make a living, then they end up selling everywhere that is considered to be a tourist attraction to make money. So its technically illegal, even in Bangkok where is a capital city still has many food carts located on a pavement. Then imagine about other provinces that prosperity is difficult to reach. And the main problem is a government ignores this issue and they dont give a shit or improve it despite the fact that street food is a selling point of tourism. Now comparing to the USA where is a civilized place and already had many systems well done (idk the internal issues there but hell, that management is better than our country) a bit disclaimer here i didnt worship the US, bc i have no interest in this country as much as other countries i desire to live and go travellng but as i said if u give me a choice, then yeah ofc why not?

hot pan, hot oil and much oil too. when it is in the right heat just put the stir egg in. Eggs must have more than 2 for the medium size pan. try not to use teflon or nonstick pan cause the heat is not well spread enough. Stir eggs with fork, stir it fast and hard try to get air in egg and with the test. Just put 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce. When you put stir eggs in just wait but control the heat also, if the omelet look little cooked just turn the heat down. do it both side that's it.

@@anikalee9012 sorry, why did I say it's easy?? because it is food that I cook myself every day to eat, that's why I say that it is a simple dish that can be made into a business,, maybe for some people who can't cook will say that it's not easy,, the point is that with simple dishes you can make a business that's really extraordinary because many people will buy for reasons of time.
