This year 2024 marks ODA 70th anniversary in Thailand. Commemorating the anniversary, JICA Thailand Office presents a voice from Ms. Hiroko Itako, a Japan Overseas Cooperation Vounteer dispatched to Asia-Pasific Development Center on Disability (APCD).
