Hello. Yes, you can visit Singapore after Bali. For Bali, 4-5 days is enough for a hurried vacation. But it is recommended to stay at least 7-10 days for a relaxing vacation. As prices are almost the same like India, so it's better you stay for a few more days in Bali.
