I visited Bangkok four years ago and loved every second of week stay. As a fan of rail travel I made a point to discover Thailand by rail for next visit. Can I ask have you taken the train from Singapore to Bangkok as that’s how would like to start my journey. Thank for a great and informative video, Paul (Australia).

I have taken a bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, and went as far as Penang by train, and then did the opposite trip from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur by train, that will be an upcoming video. Thanks for the kind words!

Hi josh, thank you so much for uploading this video. You said that the price is 800 for the upper bad n 1572 for the bottom bad, where should I buy the tickets with that price? Because it's become 3000 bath if through 12go, right?

What date are you looking for? They won’t show for sale more than a month in advance. Try looking up the same train at an earlier date and see if it shows.

3000 baht... flight would be cheaper. Was it intentional?

You have to also remember that you don’t pay for a hotel for the night either. If you are traveling over months it saves to take the train even if a little more expensive. I booked both beds so I was able to film it, you can share with someone or book second class.
