Maam hello, when you say partnership most likely kasi ang registration na dapat meron kayo maam ay under ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Sa case mo maam ang meron po ay DTI tama po ba? Make sure maam pag mag papanotary kayo ng Agreement for the said business dapat ilagay nyo po na nagkasundo kayo Jan. 2022. Possible hanapan kayo maam ng iba pang docs sa business mga transactions and statements in relation to your business.

Hello, pag newly opened business po most probably wala pa po kayong mappresent na ITR. Bank Statement & Bank Certification po. Basta mapprove nyo lng po legit ang business and purpose of travel nyo po wala po maging problema.
