There is something in this world that majority of us don't do and is to be ourselves. Often times we are scared to be judged and criticizes because of the position we hold in our society. The word touched me a lot , Last year I was in my matric year , I feel into depression got admitted at a psychiatric hospital as a 17 year old , I had cuts on my hands , I wanted to give on life , blamed god for making me go through such a hard time , but then twisted things and decided to attending a healing night vigil at church , prayed , sang, and asked for healed , every time I would hear the “alpha and omega” song I would just burst into tears , I wanted to anything in my power to remove myself from the pain Months later I am healed , I stopped taking depressants , I am a mental health advocate , and I am a true testimony of Romans 8:18 Saturday I got sashed as a Miss Teen Unity South Africa finalist GOD IS AMAZING ❤️!

Your words just touched me too deep n I thank God that you said it... M going through the very darkest moment, my mom got sick on the 2nd Jan 2024 n it wasn't looking to bad n her sickness quickly increased day by day n died on the 10th Jan 2024. M left with a very big mark on my heart that why did this happen, m the olders sibling at home n we are 3 , all of us are not working even our dad n we are in the tertiary level the 3 of us n I have a 3 years old boy who was taken care by my mom now😢 death happened n m greatful my aunt took him to help me. But as an older sister m having a bid load of things going on in all our lives n I have to make sure whatever mom left us must sustain us till we full through at school. My mom always liked to say "if not you, then who" so in the other hand if not us facing this darkness then who?... I trust in the Lord that everything will be alright. Thanks pastor ❤ n hope you all enjoyed your trip.
