Story 3 is completely insane, I can't believe this happened. Right from the start this chick had more red flags than a chinese communist parade, but he ignored every single one. She must have had incredible aerobic skills

I'm not the most assertive person, but I like to think even I would've made like Forrest Gump long before the guy in the last story, had I been in the same situation. He ignored all the red flags and paid dearly for it.

With all do respect, I don't care how new I am in any country, I would NEVER give large amounts of cash to any female...It's just common sense... I was raised to financially support MY WIFE OR WIVES...THATS IT... Not some random chic that was already pregnant. That guy in the 3rd story shouldn't have never paid her debt in credit cards off... I wouldn't say he deserves it but people put themselves in their own situations by not thinking with their brain and thinking with their heart(s)...smh I'm glad he got back on his feet...

One green flag for story number 2 is that they’re about the same age. It’s not clear if the guy is retired given the amount of time he can take off but if he can live in Thailand, then see a lawyer, get a prenup, do not buy a house or condo especially in her name. Good Luck.

It was no car crash. But a train wreck!!! This guy was swindled by an amateur and her Thai husband/“Brother” The kid obviously wasn’t his and once they pulled that one over on him, they figured skies the limit!

You are not cynical. You are pragmatic and skeptical likely based on real life or first hand experiences. It's really hard to believe an older Thai woman working in a bar wasn't (or still is) a prostitute and ran through by 10,000 men over the years. That said, someone does eventually win the lottery jackpot.

3rd story should never have happened but tjat is easy for me to say. After realizing the baby wasnt his that should have been it . Why oh why did he trust her with a million baht. My own Thai niece I recently found out has been collecting double her school fees. I was happy to pay them but now I find out out she has been getting the same amount from her grandmother. She is 19 and already has just lost any chance of going to University at my expense
@lemontea206519 күн бұрын
Did he do the DNA test or did he forget about it? I bet the baby isn't his to begin with.
@ret4kind22 күн бұрын
Third story doesn't make a lot of sense. 1) Did the DNA test reveal it was his? 2) Was the "brother" actually the husband or father of the child?

The second story, a classic build up of a guy who slowly gets won over by the girl during the first visit, one could foresee a car crash in the making… but who knows. I’m surprised you don’t realise when you read a sentence twice as sometimes happens and pick it up in the editing, just an observation, no offence intended

@Menstral22 күн бұрын
Of course it ended, and you should have never considered it a relationship. At best she was your companion, and a person needs to take appropriate care of their companion, but nothing more. A man always pays. If you are a male model, then you pay with your looks and your time at the gym. If you are famous, then you pay with the opportunity cost of your time, and the vast majority of men simply pay with monthly expenses, or with travel and entertainment, or even more directly.

I do wish second story guy well but the skeptic in me says be wary at all times. Its called the long game. A friend of mine was done over this way. She waiting until she had PR in Australia and after 3 years and being much younger she was was off with the money and a younger guy. So be careful 2nd story man.
@Nick-vk2pq20 күн бұрын
You missed the point of the story the woman was in her fifties so she would be happy someone was interested in her. Please the guy is cheap he spends thousands of dollars on airfare but protests when his girlfriend asks for 500 baht! That’s $15 bucks just enough to buy a meal at McDonalds. The red flags are on him not her. This was not some 25 year old girl. If you believe everyone is out to get you don’t go to Thailand.

The guy in the first story had paid for aerobics and afterwards he wanted to go back to his female travel companion friend at the bar. The aerobics girl told him that she was his for the entire night but he was satisfied and made up the story about having a wife waiting for him so he couldn't stay all night with the aerobics girl. The aerobics girl would have lost face if the guy just said he didn't want to stay with her all night even though he had already paid for all night. She may have thought he wasn't happy with her service and he didn't like her after the aerobics. I don't know if the guy did it deliberately or not but, by telling the girl that he had a wife waiting for him would have avoided causing the girl to lose face. Later at the bar with his travel companion friend, when they held hands pretending to be a married couple, they may have done that to add weight to the story he told the aerobics girl about being married. It may have been simply a sincere action done to make sure that the aerobics girl didn't lose face. Maybe it was all just coincidental and nothing was planned.
