Excellent video. I spent 3 months on a short term rental in this building. I can honestly say that it's first class in term of location, amenities and service. Potential buyers will not be disappointed..5 stars.

Yes, they must be crazy, in a place where the minimum wage is 300$, of course it doesn't appeal to those people. But it is not a developed and prosperous country for the rich to prefer. After all, 500.000$ today you can own a detached house in the USA and you will get at least 2.500$ return. They are crazy!

Thanks for showing us this place. Changes I would want: a separate in-suite laundry closet for both a washer and dryer machines and not the single combo unit. A larger balcony. The primary bedroom ensuite bathroom with just a large shower and the guest bathroom with a bath tub. Also, the primary bedroom to have a wall-in closet. Other than that, I like what I saw. :)

very nice and they got the bathroom correct by making a wetroom (shower and tub in one-inclosure). i like the walls in the 3-bedroom, black glass cabinet doors, add some black mirrors and gold fixtures and you would have a show piece. BUT, i am a Big American, those apartments need to be 2 or 3 - times the size.

I am very impressed with your presentation, are you using AI?.. i visit BKK once a year as i work for World Bank. An apartment like tihis one in NY is at least $10 mil in NY. In America, we dont say primary bedroom , we say MASTER bedroom. FYI.. Happy 2024
