THE bedroom/bathroom arrangement doesn't leave much to imagination. While you are lying on the bed you can see your partner sitting on the toilet through the bunch of glass doors. NICE !!!!

Allowed in most places in the condo that I know of. And yeah, every unit is pet friendly. If you decide to rent, I assume it's up to the owner tho. I Live there, so that's why I replied haha.

All condo proibit the short time rental. It should be illegal in Thailand to rent by day or week. But you can find airbnb aivable in most condos in Bangkok, lot of owners doesn't care...

Yeah, not quite sure on the prices... you can find cheaper places with similar amenities. I had been eyeballing one place in bangkok that's about 21m also however, it's also a 280sqm penthouse in business district. The challenge here though is unless you're bringing in revenue remotely or based out of Thailand... it becomes difficult to justify such a purchase as a vacation or investment property... the amount you'd have to charge for rent, i'd assume would be far and few
