Tuk Tuks are overpriced here in Phuket I would recommend catching a local blue bus there and then using one of the taxi apps to go back would be a lot cheaper kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3POoaGJi8mAfs0si=bV50WWtzj8-kfhuk

How far is this market from Cape Panwa Hotel and can you get a bus?

I believe there is a blue bus that runs between Panwa & Phuket town but then you would need to take a different one from Phuket to the market which could be done before the market opens, however the blue buses stop at around 6pm so you would need to take a Taxi to return the cheapest would be to use the Bolt or Grab Taxi apps 👍
