❤❤First time watch. Saw this specially because of Shobhana❤,Mani Ratnam❤, Mammootty, Rajnikant, also got surprise seeing Arvind Swami(Roja❤) too in the film❤. Being a Bengali and not knowing Tamil at all but wanted to see the original Tamil dialogues, was deliberately searching for the Tamil version with proper English subtitles. And finally found this one. So thanks you who uploaded the original Tamil version with proper subtitles, only English subtitles for the songs was lacking, but still thanks.

Acting of Rajnikanth Sir feels artificial while watching now except Mammootty. Dramatically acting of Rajnikanth Sir was fantastic though, but Mammootty was living his character (very few can understand that) Those were the times where intensity of acting mattered more instead of realistic acting skill. Mollywood nowadays focus on realistic acting skill, but tollywood just pure drama & emotions to penetrate even the thickest hearts...(No words) This is why Dalapati is Talaivar and Mammootty a megastar. PS: Just my perspective. Please try not to take wrong sense.
