Welcome to "Travel and Tell"! In this video, join me, Muhammad Zahid, as we embark on an unforgettable journey to Thandiani Top, one of the most serene and picturesque hill stations in Pakistan. Situated just 35 kilometers from Abbottabad, Thandiani Top stands tall at an altitude of 9,020 feet above sea level, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere with a cool breeze and stunning natural beauty.
Today is May 28, 2024, and it's a holiday in connection with Takbeer Day. We took this opportunity to visit Thandiani Top from Islamabad. From the information I gathered and various KZbin videos, I learned that while the destination is wonderful, the road leading there is currently under construction. The road is essentially an off-road track, broken, and in the process of being widened. Unfortunately, due to these conditions, I advise against visiting Thandiani in 2024. By 2025, the newly widened road should be completed, offering better travel conditions and enhanced facilities for tourists.
Despite the road conditions, Thandiani Top is a lovely place to visit. Join me as I show you the beautiful sights of this hill station. We traveled from Islamabad; I’m here with my friends Bhatti Sahib from Sargodha, Abdul Rauf Bhatti, and Aamir Tanoli Sahib. Traveling with good friends makes the journey enjoyable despite the road’s challenges.

Unique Viewpoints: Discover the unique features and attractions of Thandiani, including its peaceful environment and the lovely sounds of wild birds.
Thandiani Top has limited constructions and government installations, with a few towers and a non-emergency treatment rural hospital by the KPK government. There’s also a church here. The road under construction means a dusty and rough drive, but the peaceful atmosphere and scenic views make up for it. You’ll find solitude here, unlike the crowded tourist spots like Naran, Kaghan, Nathia Gali, and Swat. The beautiful sounds of wild birds and the rustling wind create a tranquil environment.
This place offers a unique viewpoint where you can see Abbottabad, Nathiagali, Mansehra, and Muzaffarabad in Azad Kashmir. The road may be inconvenient, but the drive from Abbottabad takes only about an hour and 20 minutes. Once the road is fixed, this place will be even more enjoyable.
