This makes me think of one of the customer service class thingies we had at work one time. Our instructor asked if each of us had a story of a store or restaurant that we’d had a bad experience in, then after we each took turns giving our stories, he asked if we had good ones. Surprisingly, after we went around the room and told our good experiences, he said we were the only store so far where every single one of us could think of a good one, that everyone at the other stores could recall bad experiences, but only a few could think of one that was good. And as someone who’s worked as a cashier, I can tell you most of the feedback (that people call a manager about, leave reviews and surveys about) is bad. It’s so nice to see that y’all could think of places to call and thank... even if it was for comedy’s sake, lol. 😊
