As Yorkshireman who's lived his whole life on a former mining village, with every man in my family having worked down a coal mine, i can say this is the most accurate depiction of a mining village in a video game

Yup I live in County Durham and obviously we had loads of mines up here and I'm sure that there was someone in my family that worked in the mines at some point.

It's a shame there is nowhere to get a full recording of the song with Joey Kaye performing. All other renditions dont quite have the same energy.
