Britt Allcroft really made our childhood with Thomas and friends, including the movie Thomas & the Magic Railroad. She maybe gone but her legacy lives on forever someday we will see her (in my opinion) at her own version of the railway station and island of Sodor in heaven.

I found on Friday last week, of the shocking & sad news death of Britt Allcroft (born Hilary Mary Allcroft, 14 December 1943 - 25 December 2024) was an English writer, producer, director, and voice actress. She was best known for adapting the Reverend Wilbert Awdry's The Railway Series in the form of the children's television series Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends (later re-titled Thomas & Friends). She was also known for creating Shining Time Station (with Rick Siggelkow), Mr. Conductor's Thomas Tales, and Magic Adventures of Mumfie. She also wrote, co-produced, and directed the film Thomas and the Magic Railroad (2000). R.I.P 🙏🏼😔💔🕯⚰️✝️⛪️🛐💐💧🌹🥂🤝 Thank you very much for the Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends tv series of the 80s and the 90s on vhs. From my old childhood past when I was Little Hallingbury Primary School kid age. I'm 34. In my young Adulthood.
