Really glad you guys TOUGHED it out to bring it to the state it's in now. Between the general drama, hacks and the pandemic, I don't envy the intense stress it must have been for the dev team, so I'm really delighted that you powered through to keep improving the game. I've clocked something like 400 hours on it across 2 full playthroughs and the beginnings of a third, and wanted to hold off until the expansions before hopping back in....but 1.5 has been such a huge change and has elevated it to a degree that I'm hooked again. Anyway, looking forward to what's next, but it feels like a whole new game already. Now to try and crack that one code on the Corpo Plaza statue....

I have to be honest. Never before have I had such a strong love-hate relationship with a game before. Especially with my older setup I had tons of problems and Cyberpunk crashed hundreds of times on me. But for you guys to disprove my concernes for the future of CP and to have kept on working hard on this potentially and already mindblowing game, makes me very happy. Some trust to CDPR was lost after the preorder of the game seemed only half done, but you devs managed to regain that trust from me. Keep it up!

(they only said their old setup had difficulties. that could mean last gen consoles, but they didn't actually say ANYTHING about it being on console.) fun fact - i have a different story. Played over 100hrs on release and kinda liked what I got. But when digesting it - I have no intent of going back to CP77 world, because it just doesn't deliver a cyberpunk or an RPG experience - it's just an on-rails shooter with some skill progression. Compared to the promises and fantastic ideas the dev team had during development(before Keanu was added at some point) - the final state of CP77 is just milk chocolate covered untaistiest candy ever.

And I highly doubt you've never crashed across 1400 hours. When this game came out it was crashing for me often on a 2080 Super, specs aren't all of it

I have a massive love- hate relationship too. It was only on my 12th crash that I really started to dislike playing cyberpunk. New update is neat but it’s definitely not a big enough update at least content wise. Next gen is awesome though since they did a good job on the ps5 haptics and ray tracing. Most fun I’ve had in a photo mode

Even though it was released 2 or 3 years too early, I really enjoyed my first playthrough. Even underdeveloped, it kept me absorbed the whole way through. I'm looking forward to my second playthrough once everything is ironed out and a new wave of mods are here to help tweak the game to my desire. I can't help but love CDPR at the core, and I have The Witcher 3 to thank for that.

Honestly good game. But if you want it to make it great, release a full mod kit. It is perfect for modding. Skyrim is still my all time favourte, with mods, with probably thousands of hours played. Without mods, I wouldn't have lasted 10 hours ( i hate menus and I needed hotkeys). Free content for your game, win-win.

Please add to this game! There is such potential there for a masterpiece. The biggest problem I see with the game besides bugs and performance issues is the world. It's such an awesome world yet there's nothing to do in it. Add shops, restaurants, clubs, games, and make these interactive! I can't stress this enough. That would make this game phenomenal. Give us interactions with the world outside of just missions, shooting and driving. That's what this games missing. Look at games like Yakuza, Red Dead 2, San Andreas, that level of interaction with the world, that's what I'd like to see. Thanks cdpr and good luck.

Well... first of all, I would like to say that I have not written a review before, and this is my first one. For me, videogames always were and still are a place where you can hide out of all the sh*t of this world. I found a lot of friends because of videogames. There are a lot of people with different nationalities: Russians, Ukrainians, Belorussians, Polish, Italians, Americans... and many others. For me, and my friends, games were always out of politics (except Call of Duty series). It was a place where I could get rest. It was not a tool in the hands of politicians. Unfortunately, these days are gone now. CDRP, you were one of the companies who I trusted. Who, as I though, do the industry better. I will never forget how surprised I was when I opened a box with Witcher 3, and found there a flyer. It was not just a piece of paper, but with words. With Words of gratitude from you. You were thanking me, your ordinary customer, for that I bought your product. And my first thought was - these guys like their job. That's how a good company should treat itself with its clients. I respected your company. I have all of your games. Moreover, I bought The Witcher 3 for PS4 and PC with all the DLC. I bought Cyberpunk, and wasn't hating you, like your real "fans" did. I understood that this game was really important not only for you, but for the whole industry. And it's not your fault that customers overhyped the game and the game didn't match their expectation that they had in their heads. And yes, you fixed the game and now its playable. Unfortunately, recently, you completely crossed out everything for which I loved and respected you by stopping the sales of your games on the territory of my country. Understand that people who play games have nothing in common with the terrible events that are happening now. And you just decided to hype. Just like those who poured shit on cyberpunk. And you decided to be a tool in the hands of politicians. I ask you to pay attention that you WERE a company that had a truly popular love in Russia. The key word - WERE. And this is not only my opinion. I wish you a successful future in the markets, which you feel deserve your games. Nobody needs you in Russia anymore. And most of all to your fans, whom you shamelessly spat in the face. Go f*ck yourself.

I swear I never loved so much a game like it from almost a decade, was only me who make it crash and having problems with mods but the game never had lethal or huge mistake, I dream everytime I see that sky those texture those environment the lights the characters the things the cars. I still stand by what I said in December 2020: I'm glad CDPR is handling this IP instead of the other big publishers. There's no way any of those other companies would support a single player game for almost 2 years after release when they tend to cease support on multiplayer games after a year, and in the worst case after 6 months. Sure the launch was botched beyond anyones guess but they didn't ditch the game and release a sequal, they just kept on fixing what they had broken. For that, I say thank you once more.

No one else pumps out sequels and abandon them as often as they do. Sure there are companies that are big and care but none are EA/Act./Ubi. levels of big and scummy. R* gets an exception because despite making questionable decisions lately they still don't release new games/sequels as often.

We know that the original release doesnt always go to plan, but sticking to it and not only fixing the game, but going above and beyond, is what CD Projekt Red became known for. Finished my second playthrough of the game yesterday on patch 1.5 (previously finished day one on 1.03, got no bugs at all) and I can say that Cybepunk 2077 is one of the greatest games I played in a long time. So much so that I bought the game twice on PC and PS5. Thanks for this game, the hard work and the support you’re giving.

​@@marcusarelius​ I didn't really mind the feel of the game on console. I really felt like the gameplay felt smoother on it due to lower FOV and controller input. For example, when you're running with a selected range of pistols, you can see V's left hand on the lower portion of the screen on PC (because of the high FOV): this wasn't game breaking of course but immersion breaking since the left hand's here and is not moving.

I've had nothing but good experiences throughout my Cyberpunk play time. Even when people had crushing problems, I've skated around it. Maybe super pc? I hope incremental content keeps coming. Night City is a tremendous playground.

On my 3rd playthrough (1st since 1.5). This game still leaves me in awe, and I hope the developers / community keeps building on the complexity and low level, gritty realism in Night City. Actually reading all of the shards this time - some interesting secrets and heartache hidden therein!!! Thanks CDPR. I've been a fan since Witcher 1 and your response post the initial Cyberpunk feedback does nothing but convince me you still have the fans at heart.

Y’all had a very rough start with the game unplayable for a lot of very hyped fans. That being said I appreciate that you didn’t give up on it when the going got tough. It shows a lot of character. Now that the game is playable I’m having an F-ing blast. It’s really really good. Anyone not playing this needs to go buy it! Now keep going and get us some expansions, I’ll buy em! Not many companies can say they failed miserably and then turn it into a monster franchise in a year.

I remember seeing the press release a decade ago on the way to school. I had no idea what cyberpunk was, but it sounded cool, so I kept it on my radar. Then the 2013 concept trailer came out, and I was hooked. It was finally happening, a game set in a neon soaked metropolis, full of crime, corruption, technology, and people just trying to get by. By all accounts, an aesthetic that had never truly been captured by the gaming medium in the way 2077 sought to do. Much has changed in the last 10 years, but the childlike wonder and excitement at the Idea of experiencing Night City never faded - even through the rough spots at launch. Patch 1.5 marks a significant milestone for 2077, a visibly enhanced experience, and I hope there’s much more to come. Thank you!

On the other hand, it's really sad to see all of these jaded and cynical haters who flipped the moment the game released because their expectations were wack. There's a lesson here. Pay attention to the gameplay on the screen and not what the dev is saying in your ear. Marketing 101 is to boast about your product no matter what, so if you're a sucker enough to fall for the hype then that's on you. Lofty expectations are a premeditated resentment.

Stop listening to the devs and advertisements and pay attention to the gameplay. Stop taking everything the marketing tells you at face value. The company has incentive to sell the product by any means necessary, and that's to be expected, so stop listening to them and focus on the product itself instead. If the devs and ads say there's something in the game, but you don't see it on screen, don't expect it to be in the game. How's that for using your head? When it comes to marketing, expect to be lied to, simple fact, period. I was taught that at a young age and have never spent my money on something I was disappointed with. Indie, triple a, whatever. Don't care about a studio's reputation or status. This rule has led to many happy purchases.

@@tortebroblox Мне очень печально за мирный народ Украины, он и вправду ни в чем не виноват, но факт есть факт, там есть нацисты с переворота в 2014 году. Я уже не говорю про Донбас который бомбили нацисты 8 лет. Там тоже много погибших и плачущих. По поводу того ,что игры не будут, я переживу, да и многие, просто перейдем на пиратство как было раньше, у нас ничего не измениться, да будет все дорого, да поставок нету, но и Вы почувствуете на себе скачок повышение цен и поверь от этого никому не выгодно. Ты вправду думаешь, от этого что-то измениться? Что мы выйдем на улицу и будем митинговать? Это мысли инфантильных людей, если меня посадят именно ты пойдёшь меня вытаскивать из тюрмы? Нет, тебе будет пофигу, а говорить - не мешки волочить). Увы без нас уже все решают, мы обычные мирные граждане как и Вы. Представь ,что у тебя есть оплаченные сервисы и в один момент их все отключают по национальному признаку. Ты Русский - страдай. Разве ты не будешь больше доверять сервисам и компаниям? Что это, если не нацизм чистой воды? Все это рано или поздно закончиться ,но выводы я уже сделал как и многие другие ,только пиратство от компаний которые отвернулись от Русских мирных людей вне политики. Я думаю продолжать все бесполезно, у тебя свои доводы, у меня свои.

Вот от кого не ждал удар в спину так это от вас. Удивили так удивили. Показали свое истинное лицо. Покупал на старте ваши игры, друзьям рассказывал о них, хвалил. Киберпанк был последней игрой. Покупать теперь вашу продукцию я конечно же не буду.

Если вас так не устраивают российские игроки - дайте возможность вернуть деньги за свои игры. Поиграть в них мы все равно сможем, но вот поддержку хотелось бы "отозвать".

Хрен они чего вернут. Недавно польский производитель спортивного питания "Olimp" собрал с людей предоплату и сказал людям, что ни товар ни деньги они не увидят! Ибо компания решила отправить их деньги на Украину.

Согласен, просрал 2к на ебаный киберпанк. Лучше бы купил за эти деньги майнкрафт, так ещё и сотка осталась бы
